This is Daniel's third Footlights tour having previously organised last year's Between a Rock and a Hard Place as Tour Co-ordinator, and worked as a producer for 1997's Emotional Baggage. Previous production credits for Footlights, of which he was until very recently Junior Treasurer, include three Spring Revues at the ADC Theatre and last year's One Night Stand at Cambridge Arts Theatre - a joint performance with the Oxford Revue. Daniel was Deputy Tour Manager for the Amateur Dramatic Club's 1995 Tour of Hamlet to America; Tour Manager for the subsequent transfer to Seoul, South Korea; and Business Manager for a 1996 tour of The Winter's Tale to Russia and Eastern Europe. Additional previous committee roles include those of Junior Treasurer and then President of the Amateur Dramatic Club, and Junior Treasurer of the Marlowe Society. Daniel's most recent projects include producing The Duchess of Malfi, staged in the unique surrounding's of the Great Hall of Trinity College, and stage managing an all-day Michael Jackson tribute concert at the Hippodrome in London. Having already been a Cambridge student for the last six years, Daniel is about to start the final year of his PhD research. Fortunately, however, as a medical student as well, final graduation is deferred until 2001.
