This Way Up
finnian o'neill

Finnian lives in a small village on the east coast of Ireland. His initial inspiration for acting came from his early school projects with Sean Hollywood, including Kafka's The Trial at the Olivier Theatre in London, and Finnian hopes to continue performing as a career. Having now completed his second year of Politics, Finnian has extensive experience in Cambridge drama. He toured as Horatio in the 1997 European Theatre Group production of Hamlet. Scarborough was to follow in the 1998 National Student Drama Festival, with the award-winning devised piece, City Haunts. His greatest challenge, however, was playing the herald, Talthybius, in ancient Greek as part of the 1998 Cambridge Greek Play, Euripides' The Trojan Women, at Cambridge Arts Theatre. Comedy credits include the 1998 Footlights/ADC Pantomime, Sinbad the Sailor, and two Wheat/Chaff productions: Bright Collapse and Moving Parts.
